Before we get into week 1, let's complete the assessment experience. The exercise may have left you feeling a certain way. Maybe you are not quite willing to admit the results you got were valid. Maybe you are judging or criticizing yourself. Or maybe it left you feeling vulnerable and unsure. All of this is perfect. You could be feeling GREAT about your results and you're ready to take it to the next level. Go You! All of these reactions are perfect. Let's take a few minutes to wrap it up so we can step into week 1 with a clear head and ready mind.


So before we begin with week 1, I invite you to journal about the assessment and how you felt about it. This can be a free flowing writing session. I recommend you set a timer for 20 minutes and see where the session takes you. There is no correct way to go about this. Just start with what's there for you about the assessment. If you want to retake the assessment to reconnect with the experience (or if you skipped it and went right to the course) you can access it here.


A special Self-Worth journal is recommended. Get a new journal out of your office supply drawer or you can find some great options here.


Having trouble concentrating? Play some meditation music or find a "creative writing" music video on YouTube...there are lots to choose from.
